It's unlikely that your lack of sleep is this serious, but are you starting to form a picture of how important sleep is, and how a lack of sleep can affect your health significantly. Consider this, a commitment to more sleep could be the defining factor in your success. I'm not sure about you, but scheduling in more sleep sounds good to me!
